Doctor was lovely but I've had to call back already once as the doctor said i could get the coldsore tablets ( specifically tabs we discussed in detail) I’ve been to three pharmacies today feeling very unwell and have been told thats not the case I need a scriot

Doctor said he would call me back but he didn’t
Sent prescription with incorrect date of birth so pharmacy couldn’t find the prescription
We did eventually find the dOB had been entered. As 88 not 68

Dr Kumar was very helpful, she was very attentive to my concerns and gave me advice that were informative and practical. The booking process was also a breeze, as there are plenty of options available to suit your schedule. Getting to the location was also easy as it was only a couple minutes walk away from Canary Wharf station. The premise was clean and tidy, and there is a sense of professionalism and friendliness that you get when you walk through the door.
