Dr Ndlovu was incredibly understanding and helpful. Explained everything in great detail to ensure best treatment going forward. I have had the same GP over many years and would highly recommend her. She is very thoughtful and always goes the extra miles to ensure I am listened too and actions everything accordingly. She makes you feel human.
Furthermore the Patient Experience Executive Esther Olubunmi too was most helpful in sending an email confirmation of the documents I had sent. She also called to ensure I was happy with the scanned documents she had sent to me. Amazing!

Communication is not great.. someone needs to look at the UX of the process. Should we knock on the door when there, which door is the right door ? My doctor was running lat and I thought maybe she was waiting in her room?
