The booking process was good but absolutely unbelievable that I was sent away saying it was just acne when it was actually an herpes zosters that already got to my eye

Very disappointing appointment. I will still use Doc Tap for future needs but today was a complete waste of time. The GP wasn't experienced enough to suggest medications kept saying that she was nervous because she thought I had a heart condition, extremely let down by the whole process.

It’s quite intimidating being sick travelling, and this process was just made so easy and efficient. Out Dr was friendly and thorough and was even able to give me the required medication so I could have one less place to navigate!
