The appointment was unsatisfactory because the doctor's phone connection was unstable and the speech kept breaking up, making it difficult to communicate. That was extremely frustrating.

My appointment was not on time, despite being advised to arrive 10 minutes early which I did only to be received 7 minute late, 13:37 instead of the booked 13:30. For the cost applied to see privately a random doctor, not happy to be made to wait at all!
My doctor did not listen carefully to all of the information I provided, in addition to feeling very rushed despite the fact I was received late not through fault of my own. Further more, the doctor wanted to do an invasive test on me without having been advised on that prior to my appointment, which I categorically refused to do. I took a look at the notes following my appointment that were sent: they are a mess. Very challenging to decipher what is written, even the notes are rushed. I may try one more time certainly not with the same doctor. I repeat: for the money you are being charged, being rushed and not listened to carefully is not something some of us want from a private GP practice. Get decent doctors please. Regards.

Hi Dr Kumar,
Thank you for helping me last Tuesday. As well as low blood pressure I had low blood oxygen levels and anaemia. The doctors took a bone marrow biopsy along with many blood tests. The gave me a blood transfusion before discharging me until the results are available.
