I found the doctor pretty useless tbh. Her advice to ring 111/call999/go and see a doctor f2f etc was just passing the buck back to the NHS . Felt she was more concerned about her own safety/protocols, rather than concerned or interested in my health Could not recommend your service on the basis of this very rudimentary "consultation". It felt about the professional level of talking to a call centre employee
