Dr Gallagher was helpful, professional, sympathetic and efficient. She listened and actively discussed my issue and the treatment options with me. The appointment was very easy to book and the service is reasonably priced. Very happy, especially vs my regular NHS GP.

i am extremely disappointed with my cholesterol blood test. i was told by the doctor that my cholesterol reading would be broken down. it has not been. a reading of 7 is the only metric given. i would like you to contact me immediately.

The doctor was incredibly kind and I felt she really listened and understood me. I really appreciated it.
The booking process was fine, however the check-in on the ipad didn’t go through and I wasn’t actually checked in properly.
